Environmental Policy

INCIGHT ltd (we, our, us) are a small consultancy firm offering Operational Excellence and Business improvement services to our clients.  We believe in running our business in an environmentally sustainable manner, and we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performances as part of our strategy and operating methods.

 

Our policy is to:

• Understand how we impact the environment, assess these risks and put in place suitable controls to manage those risks.

• Comply with the requirements of current environmental legislation and codes of practice to prevent pollution.

• Reduce the amount of waste we produce and reuse or recycle as much of it as possible.

• Minimise energy and water usage in our offices, vehicles, and processes.

• Encourage employees to use alternative means of transport to cars where appropriate.

• As far as possible purchase products and services that minimise damage to the environment.

• Apply the principles of continuous improvement to reduce any impacts from our operations on the environment and local community.

• Assess the environmental impact of any business changes we intend to introduce in advance.

• Ensure that all employees understand our environmental policy.

• Investigate complaints about any breach of our environmental policy promptly.

• Communicate this policy and make it available to the public, our clients, and stakeholders.

• Review our environmental policy annually in consultation with staff and stakeholders.

 

The Company Director has overall and final responsibility for Environmental Policy and Arrangements at INCIGHT ltd. Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice is identified in the company organisational chart and communicated to employees.

 

All Employees must;

• Comply with company procedures, instructions and rules directed at meeting our environmental policy statement.

• Follow all written or verbal instructions given to reduce the potential for environmental harm

• Report any environmental concern or malfunction of any equipment or instance which may result in environmental harm to the company Director

• Actively support initiatives for reducing environmental impact.
